![]() We've tried Xerox's Class driver - the client machines indicate that they've got some XPS driver v1.2 and they don't print, since we don't have the XPS option enabled on our machines and, from my own cursory research, that's actually some kind of paid feature that we did not opt for. I'm just trying to print one letter-sized test page, and it has two full trays of letter-sized paper to choose from. All of the supplies are within their limits, and all of the trays are full. The drums are nowhere near the end of their lifecycle. We've tried Xerox's v4 PCL6 and PostScript drivers - the client machines (Windows 7 and 10 Pro 64-bit) indicate that they've got a "Microsoft enhanced Point and Print driver," and whenever we try to print with this driver, the jobs get held up in the machine with the jobs queue reporting: "Held - resources not available". I am just trying to send test prints to this printer, and no matter what we do, nothing works. Tray 1 is set to 11" x 17", Tray 2 is legal-sized (8.5" x 14"), Trays 3 and 4 are letter-sized (8.5" x 11"). We've got some users in a remote office who have a Xerox WorkCentre 7845.
